Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have accept the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns for both opened and unopened products under the following conditions:
Unopened Products: Must be in original packaging, unused, and include all accessories, tags, and freebies.
Opened Products: Must be in good condition, undamaged, and include all accessories, tags, and freebies.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Internal Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Cardholder Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cardholders typically receive the refund within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on the bank or payment provider’s processing times (e.g., credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles).
Alternative Refund Methods: If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., closed account), we will contact you to arrange an alternative method, such as a bank transfer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
